The Ark are delighted to offer the only source of validated; transactional, pre-move data on the market for retention of customers.
- Our data is collected as part of the conveyancing process when a buyer purchases a property.
- Data is updated weekly with typically 50,000 addressed being captured every month – subject to market fluctuations.
- We have been collecting data for over four years and have a total volume of 2.7 million records available
- Our analysis shows that records are being typically captured 6 to 8 weeks in advance of the property sale being concluded
Pre-move Retention Data is provided for the use of :-
- Matching to existing customer records to identify those who will be selling their home and moving out in the coming 6 to 8 weeks. (Data cannot be used for acquisition purposes)
- Gone Away Suppression – data is provided on a permanent flag / match basis at a cost of 50p per match
